It is always a challenge to sift through the choices we’ve made in life to determine what affect each has had on our subsequent health. You can’t do too much about the fluoride supplements you took so long ago. I would suggest you look at your diet now and its impact on arthritis. At the very least absolutely minimize your meat intake. I had the beginning symptoms of arthritis while still eating meat in my early 20s. Now thirty years later on a vegetarian/vegan mostly raw food diet those symptoms are long gone. So is my life long hayfever and eczema. I wish you ever improving health. John

wow – this is frightening! While pregnant with my children I was given a floride supplement. My children’s teeth are in good shape. However I had a patch of baldness with my 2nd born and gained an extensive amount of weight. Nine years ago I went through breast cancer surgery and treatment. My joints are atrocious – I had double knee replacement at the age of 54; I suffer from Sjogren’s Syndrom and rheumatoid and osteoarthritis. I wonder if floride consuption had a direct affect on my joint problems.

Glad to see the word about this is spreading.
On my site I deal more with beauty — and I can tell anyone who is interested in staying young looking….if you are drinking fluoride, you’re gonna look like a shar-pei havin’ a bad hair day way before your time no matter what else you are doing for yourself.
But the good news is — it will keep your thyroid suppressed so you will turn fat and lazy enough not to care.

Thanks for posting this! one thing though it seems Ms. Hollingsworth made a slight error in that its not sodium fluoride that is the toxic waste that is produced by the Alluminum and Phosphate industry but rather hydrofluorosilicic acid http://www.fluoridealert.org/phosphate/overview.htm Which is what most citys use in the water instead of sodium fluoride. This chemical corrodes glass and has never had a test done on a human being before yet it is in 80% of US water supplies.
